In 1st Corinthians 5:1-5 we read about a man who was living openly in the
church in fornication with his father's wife. it wasn't his mother or the
Bible would have said that. It was his father's former lover, now
shacking-up with the son instead. This sin wasn't being preached against
from the pulpit by the pastors and elders of the church.
The Apostle Paul was in another country and word came to him that the church at Corinth was in spiritual shambles. Paul wrote a letter (1st Corinthians) to address the matter, telling the elders of the church to confront the man and the woman, asking them to cease from their sinful lifestyle or leave the church.
This perfectly parallels the Homosexual Agenda today in America's churches. God is telling the church today through His Word that homosexuality is a horrible sin, totally unacceptable to the Lord and ought to be shunned in each church. Just as fornication shouldn't have been openly TOLERATED in the church of Corinth, neither should homosexuality be TOLERATED in the world's churches today.
America's churches are selling out left and right. Hollywood actor Sigourney Weaver stars in a recently produced evil film, titled PRAYERS FOR BOBBY, intended to infiltrate America's churches and recruit them to embrace the homosexual movement. As apostate as the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) has become, I rejoiced recently when I read that the leadership of the SBC refused to embrace the Homosexual Agenda. When a delegation of nine gays from the homosexual community approached SBC leadership to recruit them to embrace gay rights, the SBC said get out! Go back into your closet!!!
Elisabeth Hasselbeck is portrayed
as a conservative, right-wing, Christian on
THE VIEW; but in reality she is
as left-wing, liberal and heathen as the rest of those cackling hens on
THE VIEW. Hasselbeck criticizes Christians who publicly speak out
against gay-marriage. Hasselbeck says
protesting gay marriage is “without taste.” Elisabeth Hasselbeck
at 1:22 in the video says
“the only thing that's killing heterosexual marriage is heterosexual marriage.”
What a retarded statement. How is heterosexual marriage (i.e., normal marriage between one man and one woman)
killing heterosexual marriage? There is NO right-wing, conservative, Christian voice on
THE VIEW. Hasselbeck is a Mary-worshipping, idolatrous, Roman Catholic.
Homosexuals Have Infiltrated America's Churches
Whether it be THE VIEW, or the film PRAYERS FOR BOBBY, or America's apostate homo churches—homosexuality is sinful being embraced all across America. The Bible plainly teaches in Romans 1:24-32 that homosexuality is a sin and ought to be shunned in all the churches. Just as Paul rebuked the carnal church (1st Corinthians 3:1) at Corinth for allowing the sin of fornication to flourish in the church (1st Corinthians 5:1-5), so does the Word of God today rebuke churches for allowing the sin of homosexuality to grow and gain popularity in churches today. It is a wicked sin for any so-called “church” to openly allow homosexuality. Same-sex marriage is sinful and a wicked lifestyle that can never be Biblically tolerated, justified nor accepted. Biblically, homosexuality should be shunned in every church in America, just as every sin should be shunned. We don't see a group of car thieves trying to be accepted in the churches. it's no different with any other sin, including homosexuality.
Homosexuals portray themselves as victims of abusive Christians, claiming they've been burned by the Church. God is the One Who condemns all sin, including homosexuality (which is called 'sodomy' in the Old Testament). Homosexuals hate the term sodomy because it refers to the wicked city of Sodom, which was so infested with evil that God totally destroyed it with fire and brimstone (lava) as an example of what will happen to all the wicked throughout history (Jude 1:7). This is further Biblical evidence of eternal punishment in fire and brimstone (Revelation 21:8).
Homosexuals are playing the suicide card these days, claiming that bigoted Christians are causing suicide amongst gays by speaking out against homosexuality as a sin. Yet, we are obeying God by speaking out against ALL sinful agendas; including, divorce, abortion, pornography, drunkenness, gambling, public nudity, Harry Potter's witchcraft, government crimes and treason, feminism, false religion, and indecency on television and in movies. Homosexuals attempt to make the issue all about them; but they are only one small part of the public evil and wickedness in the world today that ought to be exposed as Ephesians 5:11 commands.
Homosexuality is a sin, a sin, a sin and ought
not be allowed and tolerated openly in any Christian church. Paul told the
believers at Corinth to rebuke open sin in the church. Churches ought to
take a stand against open sin in their church, preaching from the pulpit
against all evil and wickedness. The notion that homosexuals are depressed
and commit suicide because of Biblical preaching is evil. If murders,
adulterers and thieves want to go commit suicide because they can't commit
immoral acts, then they need to get right with God. But you don't legalize
murder, adultery and stealing because sinners might go kill themselves. Paul
told the church at Corinth to forgive the man from 1st Corinthians 5:1-5,
because he did in fact repent. The woman is never mentioned again in the
Bible. We don't know what happened to her. it would appear that she went her
way and didn't repent, but we don't know for certain. Where the Bible is
silent it is best for us to also be silent. But we know that the man
repented and the church did forgive and receive him again in fellowship.
Churches are Hospitals for Sinners, But Not a Place to Spread Sin
If homosexuals want acceptance and fellowship in churches today, then they need to do it God's way (that is, by forsaking the sin of homosexuality). Please understand that churches are hospitals for sinners and everyone should be welcome. I'm not saying to kick sinners out of any church, or else we'd all be kicked out, because we are all sinners. The issue here is OPEN sin being tolerated, nurtured and accepted in a church, claiming God made gays in His image so God must be a homosexual Himself. I can say assuredly from the Bible that God is not gay, did not create anyone gay, and does not approve of any homosexuality. Lady (whore) Gaga has been campaigning for gay-rights, pulling on the same rope as the Devil.
Gays should feel guilty, depressed and bad about their homosexuality; just as all sinners should feel guilty for breaking God's Commandments (Romans 3:19). Romans 3:19, “Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.”
How insane are homosexuals today, desperately grasping for straws, to accuse Christians of making them sad, depressed and suicidal. If you are a practicing homosexual, refusing to repent of your wicked lifestyle, then you are supposed to feel guilty. Only in Jesus Christ can we find forgiveness and rest for our souls. Those who engage in same-sex marriages are living in open sin, and ought to feel guilty for committing shameful sin. Eternal life is a free gift from God to those who believe on Jesus Christ and that is not the issue here. God will save anyone who comes to Him as a sinner, trusting upon the name of Jesus Christ His Son to be saved. Those who commit the sin of homosexuality, whether saved or unsaved, ought to feel guilty for committing sin (and that is true of every sin). The issue here is that homosexuality is a sin and brings guilty, shame and a feeling of wrong doing. This is normal and right until there is repentance from that sin.
If marrying more than one woman is frowned at by foreigners, what is the rationale, the sense, the decency in man marrying fellow man, and woman marrying another woman and cohabiting as registered ‘marriage’ partners?
Moral Instruction was a subject taught in schools. Hygiene was also a subject. Religious Instruction was honestly imparted and strictly adhered to. Such subjects should re-surface in all schools. Less time should be spent watching avoidable programmes on television. Foreign cultures that war against nature’s order should be stoutly eschewed. Homosexuality, same sex marriage must be denied root here in Nigeria, because homosexuality is warring against nature’s order.
