Shame On The Communist NCED Conference Center And Hotel In Norman, Oklahoma

by David J. Stewart | April 2026

Philippians 2:20, “For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state.”

I worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a technician and mechanic from 1993 to 2009. Between 1993 and 1999 I spent accumulatively about one year at the postal training center in Norman, Oklahoma. In 1999 I was assaulted by two punk security guards at the NCED 1,000 room Marriot Hotel and conference center adjacent to the training center.

I was walking on their designated path outside. I was praying and talking aloud to the LORD Jesus Christ as I walked. Two punk security guards approached me and rudely said some woman accused me of being a “crazy person talking to himself.” I was understandably offended and kindly told the guards that I was just praying to God. One of the thug guards violated my First Amendment rights by saying, “Maybe you should go pray in your room.” He violated my rights.

At the time in 1999 I hadn't started my website ministry yet. That was in 2002. To be honest, if my life had depended on it, I wouldn't have been able to tell you what my rights were. I didn't know about the First Amendment at that time. I was your typical uninformed American. If I had known then what I know now, I would have sued the NCED for millions of dollars. I would have called the police to get a police report that I was told I cannot pray in public by some creepy security guard.

Dear reader, you have every right to pray in public audibly. In fact, you have every legal right to talk to yourself or even an imaginary friend...lol. NO ONE has a right to tell you not to speak aloud in public, unless you're in a movie theater during the film being played, or in a library where the rules require staying quiet. I was simply walking in a field several hundred feet from the Marriot Hotel, and all by myself. Who the hell cares what people think. If there was a woman as the guards alleged, she was the lunatic, not me. People can be so evil and rotten. I allowed those guards to abuse me as a human being only because I didn't know what my rights were. Those two punks should have been fired!

We are living in perilous times dear reader (2nd Timothy 3:1-12), Everywhere I go in society I see incompetence in people. I went to a local Asian grocery store the other day in Pensacola where I live, and asked for Pearl River Bridge soy sauce. The store employee told me that he was positive that they didn't have that brand of soy sauce. I literally walked over to the next aisle and found the Pearl River Bridge soy sauce on the bottom shelf. That employee is bold in his incompetence.

Those two stupid guards in 1999 at the U.S. Postal Service's training facility in Oklahoma no doubt felt confident in their woeful ignorance. That is why there are tens of thousands of lawyers and millions of lawsuits in the United States, because of stupid people in society. There are countless cold-hearted ungodly rotten sinners who will cheat, defraud and hurt others for their own selfish benefit. People like that need to be sued, arrested and forced by a court of law to do the right thing.

If I could go back in time, I would have warned those two guards that they were violating my right. I would have boldly, but respectfully, refused to comply to go pray in my room. I would have gladly invited the punk guards to arrest me, and let him know that I'd call a lawyer the next morning to sue the U.S. Postal Service. I wouldn't have allowed them to violate my First Amendment rights, and please don't you ever allow anyone to violate your rights.

I've had the unfortunate displeasure of meeting more than my share of stupid, woefully ignorant, abusive and incompetent security guards during my lifetime. They are wannabe dingleberry cops! SHAME on the U.S. Postal Service and their NCED Marriot Hotel facility that houses their employees. This is not communist North Korea, so stop mistreating your employees like it is!

And by the way, as an eternal testimony in God's sight against the U.S. Postal Service, my training records will verify that as a U.S. Postal Service maintenance employ I never once stepped foot onto that damned training center in Norman, Oklahoma, ever again. I decided never to go back again because I was criminally discriminated against in 1999 by those two thug guards. I transferred from working as a technician in Chicago from the O'Hare International Airport Mail Processing Center, to a mail processing mechanic on the island of Guam in 2004. My maintenance boss Bob Gallo at the Guam GMF (General Mail Facility) on Guam, repeatedly tried to get me to go for further training in Norman, Oklahoma; but I refused because of what those two punk security guards did to violate my First Amendment rights in 1999. God will avenge me on Judgment Day and I long for that day of reckoning (Romans 12:19-22).

1st Thessalonians 4:6, “That no man go beyond and defraud his brother in any matter: because that the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also have forewarned you and testified.”
