The Bible makes God's plan of salvation very clear. Getting saved is easy, simple and free. The way
to Heaven has always been so simple, right in front of humanity's very eyes, just for the taking. Anyone who
says that getting saved is "hard" is a liar sent from the Devil. To be saved, you simply need to
realize that you're a guilty sinner in need of redemption. You see, dear friend, you and I are horrible sinners.
Now, you might not think of yourself as being a horrible sinner, if you compare yourself to a convicted
criminal. But if you compare yourself to the holy and righteous God of the Holy Bible, then you will indeed
see yourself as a woeful sinner, deserving of the Lake of Fire. Sin must be punished. We are all guilty sinners!
The the GOOD NEWS (which is exactly what the word "Gospel" means in the Bible, is that God loves you and me so much,
that He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, into the world to die on a cross to pay our sin debt. Jesus paid a debt
that He did not owe, because we owed a debt that we could not pay. THANK GOD FOR THE GIFT OF HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON!
The Bible teaches in Romans 6:23 that the "wages" of sin is "death." That is why there is so much pain, suffering
and death in the world. Jesus died on the cross friend, for your sins and mine. He was buried and after three days
He resurrected from the dead triumphant. This is GOOD NEWS indeed! It is only because Christ died in your place
and mine, that we can freely enter into God's Kingdom as His adopted child. What a priviledge!!!
If you want to be saved, right now, wherever you sit or stand, simply take God at His Word as recorded in the
inspired and holy King James Bible. Simply BELIEVE (wholly put your confidence in) that Christ died in your pleace.
Just receive Christ's sacrifice on the cross as payment for your sins, believing that He is physically risen
from the dead, and you will be immediately, irrevocably and forever saved! Just BELIEVE! Nothing more is required
or permitted by God. You don't need to pray. You don't need to get water baptized. You don't need to become
religious. You don't need to follow Jesus as your "Lord." You don't need to turn over a new lead, forsake your
sinful lifestyle or run the Christian race faithfully to the end.
To add any of these things to the Gospel is to pervert and corrupt God's grace! This is what happened to the
poor unfortunate damned souls in Matthew 7:21-23, Acts 15:1 and Galatians 5:4. They trusted in partial faith in
Christ plus something more. Either you are wholly trusting Jesus Christ and Him alone, or else you think more is
required to get to Heaven. I assure you on the authority of God's inspired Word friend that there is no more! It's
Jesus or Hell, trust Him alone or burn! You get saved by ceasing from your own works, as God did from His on the
seventh day of creation, testing in the finished redemptive work of Christ alone. Salvation is not doing your
best, it is having Christ's best put to your account through receiving Him by faith.
