This is appalling! It's bad enough that homosexuals have come out of the closet; but now they're claiming to be Jesus-loving, Bible-believing, God-fearing, Christians. The album cover to the right is a total mockery of the Word of God. Marsha Stevens is one of America's most popular Gospel singers, and is a flaming homosexual. How dare she and her lesbian lover distort the Bible to justify their wickedness. The album cover shows Genesis 1:31, "And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good..." Stevens and Pino attempt to use this Scripture (out of context) to propagate the idea that there's nothing wrong with homosexuality--that some people are "born that way." Let me tell you friend, all humanity is born with the sin-nature. No one needs to teach a child to steal, hate, or seek revenge. Children get upset and throw their food, they hit each other, they sneak into the kitchen to take those cookies mom said not to touch, et cetera. The sin-nature is the culprit.
It is important to maintain the Biblical truth that homosexuality is a sin. The homosexual community seeks to approach homosexuality as a genetic issue. No one is born a homosexual. The Bible calls homosexual lusts, "vile affections," in Romans 1:26. It is important to realize that just because a person may experience homosexual desires doesn't make it normal, or acceptable with God. Every child feels the desire to lie at some point in their development, but that in no way makes it acceptable or normal to lie. The homosexual community attempts to twist things around. They are trying to excuse the sin-nature. They are saying... "Since I have a sin-nature from birth, it must have been given by God, so it's ok for me to sin." That is exactly what they are saying, but in different words. According to 1st John 3:8, Marsha Stevens and Cindy Pino are of the Devil.
Although Stevens and Pino would like to
propagate the idea that homosexuals are good people in lieu of Genesis
1:31--Romans 3:10 clearly puts them to silence... "They are all gone out
of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that
doeth good, no, not one." Carefully notice that Genesis 1:31
took place BEFORE the fall of man, i.e., before Adam and Eve sinned.
God created man upright and good; but man sinned and brought misery upon
himself. Everything God created was good, even Lucifer; but sin
entered the picture and brought with it destruction. The fact that God
created Adam upright and good DIDN'T justify Adam's sin of eating from the
forbidden tree, just as it doesn't justify homosexuality. Please
remember that it was Adam's sin that wreaked havoc and cost him paradise.
Marsha Stevens conveniently failed to mention Genesis 3:17-19, "Because
thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree,
of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the
ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy
life; Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt
eat the herb of the field; In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread,
till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust
thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return." You see, rebellion
always brings punishment from God! Adam and Eve learned this the hard
way. Miss Stevens is misquoting the Scriptures in an attempt to
justify sin. She would actually lead us to believe that homosexuals
are good, and that we should accept them into our daily lives as welcomed
members of society. In sharp contrast, the Word of God calls
homosexuals "sodomites" and condemns them to death (Leviticus 20:13).
Committing sin always brings the judgment of God upon a person, a family, a
city, a nation, etc. Sin always undermines (i.e., hollow out as if
making a cave or opening) any nation. It's just a matter of time.
This is exactly what is happening to America today.
God does NOT call Marsha Stevens and Cindy Pino "good" as they self-proclaim. Rather, God says the exact opposite in Romans 3:10, "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." There are no "good" sinners (Isaiah 64:6). The godless History Channel, owned by the godless Walt Disney corporation, recently produced a documentary on Sodom and Gomorrah, in which they claim that God didn't destroy Sodom because of homosexuality. They quote Dr. Carole Fontaine, a feminist theologian and faculty director at Andover Newton Theological School, as saying that the sin of Sodom was merely "a lack of hospitality" (never mind the angry mob of homosexuals about to break down the door). The Bible is under attack like never before.
If you'll just stop for a moment and consider that every group of God-hating sinners in America are trying to distort the Bible, then you'll see the Devil at work. Homosexuals are corrupting the Bible to condone their sin (Romans 1:25). Feminists have actually fabricated their own "feminist theology." Some Christians are saying that Harry Potter is ok. Unbelievably, some churches are actually marching with the abortionists to PROMOTE the murdering of children. Other professed Christian, such as Beyonce Nobles, say God is ok with public nudity and stripping. Focus On The Family wants to make Halloween holy. What has Christianity deteriorated to? It sure ain't genuine Christianity whatever it is! It is sinful compromise and apostasy at a minimum.
America is in dire spiritual condition. Unbelievably, and tragically, the following homosexual artists all claim to be Jesus-loving, God-fearing, Bible-believing GLBT (Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgendered) Christians:
Don't
you believe it! These are all heathens serving the Devil according to
1st John 3:8. They all promote an ecumenical Gospel of compromise and
false doctrine. Jesus warned of these imposters who come to us in
sheep's clothing... "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in
sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves" (Matthew 7:15).
Homosexuality is a disgusting practice, an offense to any normal person, and
a horrible sin according to God's Inspired Word. Who would have
imagined a day in America when we would see churches and professed
Christians promoting homosexuality? It is unthinkable. Billy
Sunday is throwing a fit in Heaven!
