Are Jehovah Witnesses Christian?

By David J. Stewart

NO!!!!! The Jehovah's Witnesses (JW's) go door-to-door, want you to do “book” studies with them, and teach doctrines not in line with the Bible. They are persistent and well trained by the Watchtower Organization based in New York city. Are the Jehovah's Witnesses Christian? No, not any any sense of the term.

JW's deny several fundamental doctrines of the Bible, including the Godhead, the deity of Jesus Christ, the bodily resurrection of Christ, His bodily return, the Millennial reign of Christ, the Holy Spirit, et cetera. JW's deny a literal Hell and teach that hell (Sheol in the Old Testament) merely refers to the grave. However, Psalm 9:17 plainly states that the wicked shall be turned into Hell. If the righteous and the wicked go to the same place, then Psalm 9:17 would make no sense at all. Clearly, the righteous and the wicked go to different places upon death.

JW's teach that Michael the archangel became Jesus. They try to steer away from this doctrine because it is one of the topics that can be used to show prospective JW's the fallacy of their religion. Most people have a problem with the idea that Michael and Jesus are the same person, and rightfully so, because it is a lie of the Devil.

JW's teach that Jesus is “a god,” but not almighty God. Jesus plainly claimed in Revelation 1:8 to be “the almighty.” John 10:33 evidences that Jesus taught men that He is God. By the way, I only use the trustworthy King James Bible. JW founder, Charles Taze Russell, wrote his own corrupt Bible titled, the New World Translation. How more obvious could it be that the JW religion was created as part of the New World Order's exploitation of religion to lead the masses into a one-world religion and global government?

The Jehovah's Witnesses were founded in 1874 by Russell, who was a 33rd degree Freemason. The Mormon religion was founded in 1830 by Joseph Smith, also a 33rd degree Freemason. Scientology was founded by Ron Hubbard, a 33rd degree Freemason and devout follower of Satanist, Aleister Crowley. This is the frightening truth my friend, Satan has started many religions to mislead the masses into worshipping The Beast (Antichrist) when he comes.

JW's don't believe in owing allegiance to the government, which is unbiblical. Biblically Christians are to submit and owe allegiance to their government, even less than perfect government. Albeit, the Bible never commands us to remain silent, look the other way, and go along to get along when blatant crimes are being committed by our government leaders. We have a duty as Christians to rise up against wicked evildoers and stand up against the workers of iniquity (Psalm 94:16).

I don't agree with some of the teachings of the following evangelical website. For example: They teach the Irresistible Grace heresy of Calvinism, which says that God forces people to get saved. No, God never chooses anyone for salvation. Mankind has been given a freewill and it is totally our decision whether or not we receive Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God as payment for our sins.
