America has one of the most corrupt legal systems in the world. The common
excuse that it's not the best system, but it gives us the rights we have is
insane. The fact is that only 5% (1 of 20) of the world's population live in
the United States, yet we also incarcerate 25% (1 of 4) of the world's
prison inmates. Even more shocking is that
we have 70% of the
world's lawyers in the U.S.! Literally, America's rigged court system is one of the most
oppressive on earth!!!

California incarcerates
one out of every eight inmates in the United States. Despite California's
liberal and left-wing reputation, it's a law and order State. In fact,
despite America's reputation as the “Land Of The Free,” it is sadly ironic
that America has the largest prison population in the world! . . .

LAWYERS: THE
PRIMARY ECONOMIC RAPISTS
I visited Los
Angeles in 2009 for neck surgery. While there I took a bus down to Santa
Monica Beach. As I was walking on a sidewalk by the sand and read the words
written on a huge concrete block, “the police are corrupt.” That spoke a
thousand words to me. Our nation's police departments are becoming corrupt.
Local police are being militarized by the federal government with ridiculous
anti-terrorist training (which is really anti-American because it turns
citizens into terrorists).
Government is the steward of our liberties, not
the grantor of our liberties. Remember that! We are see more and more
encroachments on liberty in modern times. The incredible thing is that there
is so little resistance. Only 40 members of 535 members of congress voted
against the
Police State's NDAA bill in December of 2011 (indefinite
detention for American citizens). The bill became the law of the land on
December 31, 2011. Tyranny is upon us!!!
Anyone who's a patriot
and wants the killing in Iraq to stop is a terrorist! Anybody who supports
Ron Paul is a terrorist! Anyone who speaks out against the
privately owned Federal Reserve banksters stealing trillions of taxpayer
dollars and
ripping us off is a terrorist! Who's the real terrorists? The answer is
Homeland Security, a front organization for the anti-American CIA (whose
employees are a role call for Yale graduates steeped in the occult). Look
how TSA
are sticking their hands down passenger's pants! There will be riots on
America's streets and the National Guard will indefinitely detain (make
disappear) U.S. citizens, or kill you. Who would ever know? It's just a
matter of time! Our economy is headed for total implosion. Likely, foreign
troops will march on Americans!
What
is going on in America? We've lost our integrity as a nation. While massive
crooks are being pardoned by the government, petty thieves are being
sentenced to life imprisonment. Rick “freeway Ricky” Ross set up his illegal
drug distribution business under a major freeway in Los Angeles,
distributing cocaine nationwide, destroying millions of lives, making over a
million dollars per day. After only 14 years in prison he's free. Ross hurt
millions of people. Thousands no doubt died of drug overdoses.
Tens-of-thousands went to prison for possessing illegal drugs.
In sharp contrast,
Pastor Kent Hovind was
sentenced in Florida to 10 years in prison for refusing to take a $50 state
license (thus requiring him to pay taxes whereas licensed churches don't).
It's Communist tyranny!
A mother in Kansas was sentenced to life in prison for possession of $40
worth of cocaine. Children are being tasered and arrested all across the
nation for everything from burping in class to having a lemonade stand
without a permit. read here about

Police are increasingly becoming abusive toward U.S. citizens. This poor boy
was
tasered 19 times until he went into a coma.

When a
man is mercilessly
sentenced to 50-years in prison for stealing $153 in video
tapes, something is very wrong. The American people are tired of seeing
petty-theft criminals get sentenced
to
50-years, or 25-years, in prison, while trillions-of-dollars are missing in
Washington and no one is held accountable! Concerning the 911 attacks and
the War in Iraq, bring the Bush administration to justice!
Psalm 97:10 commands all believers to hate
evil. Bill Clinton was impeached for his
blatant and treasonous crimes while in office as U.S. president, including
lying under oath and obstructing justice; yet instead of punishing him they
honor and cater to him, promoting him as an international ambassador. They
also built a
Presidential Library in Arkansas in tribute to him. On Clinton's last
day in office, he pardoned an unprecedented number of criminals, including
the former HUD kingpin who was convicted of being involved in the theft of
$59,000,000,000 in taxpayer money. The money was never found.
President Thomas
Jefferson (1743-1826) was probably the greatest patriot America had,
although not a born-again Christian.
The Tyranny of Judges
Thomas
Jefferson’s worst nightmare seems to have come to pass.
Jefferson was very concerned that judges would become
despots and overrule the rights of the people. In 1820,
he wrote to a friend,
“You seem to consider
the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all
constitutional questions, a very dangerous doctrine
indeed, and one which would place us under the
despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest
as other men, and not more so.”
Jefferson realized that the Constitution protects the
will of the people, not the opinions of judges. But
instead of protecting the people’s vote on Proposition
8, Judge Walker used his judicial office to promote the
agenda of a small minority who want to change the
definition of marriage.
The
definition of marriage, instituted by God and practiced
by every culture since the creation of man, is under
attack in America today. There is no discrimination
against homosexuals in America with regard to marriage,
no unequal treatment. Homosexuals are equally as free to
marry as any other American. Their problem is that the
definition of marriage itself requires every person to
marry someone of the opposite sex. The fact that
homosexuals don’t want to enter into marriage as it has
always been defined doesn’t give them the right to use
the courts to change that definition to suit their
wishes. Changing the definition of marriage, as Judge
Walker has done, undermines the most important building
block of any society.
Judge
Walker described the “ability to marry” as a fundamental
right that cannot be denied to gays and lesbians. But
this conclusion is complete and utter nonsense. Every
society in history has placed restrictions on the
“ability to marry.” You can’t marry your sister. You
can’t legally be married to two or three people at the
same time. You can’t marry someone who is already
married. And you can’t marry someone of the same sex.
Marriage by definition involves two people of opposite
sexes who are—theoretically, at least—biologically
capable of reproducing and forming families.

Even worse are women judges. Women don't judge
reasonably, but emotionally; so women are most cruel when they are in power,
because they step out of their created order of being a helpmeet to man, to
ruling over man, which thing the Bible forbids in the Old and New
Testaments. “Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I
suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to
remain in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not
deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression” (1st Timothy 2:11-14).
The
Supreme Court is a joke. It couldn't be more obvious that the
judges on the Supreme Court are told what to vote. They don't
make any major decisions. Those nine members of the Supreme Court
are puppets. Do you really believe that they coincidentally vote
5-to-4 in favor of keeping abortion legal every time the issue comes up? Anyone who has done their homework knows that the Supreme Court was
instrumental in the blatant
theft of the 2000 Presidential election.
George W. Bush should never have been president. Bush lost the
election; but the powers that be determined that he would win nonetheless.
Even before the election results were counted, George W. Bush was caught on
video drinking booze, laughing with cohorts and arrogantly stating that he
KNEW he had taken the election (AND
HE DID!).
One of
the sins which God hates the most is taking advantage of the unfortunate
(Proverb 6:16-19). Some lawyers prey upon people in their darkest hour
(i.e., the client's darkest hour), when calamity strikes, and thinking is
unclear. Please don't misunderstand, there are some great lawyers with
much experience who are worth every penny. However, when people get into legal trouble, they become panicky, and
desperate for legal assistance. It is at these emotional times that
some
attorneys take advantage of the situation. Perhaps you've
heard of Dewey, Cheatem, Howe
and Associates? That is... Do we cheat 'em and how! I say
this kindly, and again, not all lawyers are like this. I think lawyers in
general are upfront and honest, they're simply trying to make a living like
anyone else. If you're a lawyer and this makes you mad, only you and God
know your heart. I do not condemn anyone, for it is not my place to do so.
Proverbs 1:17-19 states, "Surely in vain the
net is spread in the sight of any bird. And they lay wait for their own
blood; they lurk privily for their own lives. So are the ways of every
one that is greedy of gain; which taketh away the life of the owners thereof." There's
money in convicting people. It's ironic that in "The Land Of The Free," so
many people are imprisoned. Having only 5% of the world's population, the
United States imprisons 25% of the world's inmates. Something is very wrong
in America!
The precious Scriptures were given by God to make us think. 1st
Timothy 6:10 reminds us that it's the love of money; not money
itself, that is the root of all evil. Take this to heart, whoever you
may be, and glorify God in all that you do. I think for the most part that
the legal profession is honest; but it has many challenges and shortcomings
as well . . . like every other profession.

observe and do; but do not ye after their example: for they say, and do not
(and make up their own laws against God's Orders - Deut. 4:2).
23:4 For they bind heavy burdens (the Talmud) and grievous to be borne, and
lay [them] on men's shoulders; but they [themselves] will not lift one of
their fingers to remove them.
23:5 But all their works they do for to be seen by men: they make broad
their phylacteries (small leather box containing Old Covenant-Testament
texts, worn to remind them to keep The Law [God's Law]), and enlarge the
