With a debt of gratitude which cannot be adequately expressed in words, I thank Pastor Jack Hyles (pictured above, 1926-2001), for his godly influence upon my life, and for inspiring me to stand up for what is right. America owes a debt of gratitude to this man for spending his entire life trying to reach a nation for Jesus Christ.  Thank you Dr. Hyles!

My tribute to Dr. Hyles

I also sincerely appreciate all the dedicated folks at Hyles-Anderson College and First Baptist Church of Hammond during the years I attended college there (1985-1993) for their influence upon my life and commitment to our precious Lord Jesus Christ.

I want to thank the Lord Jesus Christ, my God and Savior, by echoing the words of Jacob in Genesis 32:10, “I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies, and of all the truth, which thou hast shewed unto thy servant...” What a wonderful God!

Who am I? I'm just a sinner with a website...trying to reach out to the world for Jesus Christ in what little way I can. God asked Moses, “What is that in thine hand...” (Exodus 4:2).  It was a rod (a stick). God used that rod to deliver His people out of Egypt. If God can use a stick, then I know He can use a stick in the mud like me. God uses misfits!

Thank you so much for visiting...

Kindest regards,

David J. Stewart
