Tarragon Fried Chicken

By David J. Stewart

This is a delicious recipe that my kids love and it only takes about one hour to make. My oldest daughter took the photo to the right before it was all eaten.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Sauté diced onions and shredded garlic in butter and olive oil on medium heat for a bout 3-4 minutes. Place chicken thighs on top of onions and garlic. Sprinkle salt, pepper and tarragon seasoning on top of chicken. Allow chicken to cook golden brown on both sides, then cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-minutes. Turn occasionally. I usually add a little more salt, pepper and tarragon after I turn the chicken over. Garnish with chopped green onions after placing chicken onto serving plate. Allow to cool before eating. This meal goes great with Turmeric Rice.
