Luke Bryan—Singing For Satan!

By David J. Stewart

“It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.” —Ecclesiastes 7:5

Luke Bryan (born 1976) is a newer face on the Country music and Rock 'N' Roll seen. Bryan began his musical career in the mid-2000s, writing songs for Travis Tritt and Billy Currington. After signing with Capitol Records Nashville in 2007, he released his debut album “I'LL STAY ME,” on which he sang the religious song, “PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING.” Luke Bryan professes to be a Christian. Among his other hits are “Country Girl (Shake it for me)” and “Drunk On You.”

Carrie Underwood sang "JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL" on her debut album in 2005, but now 7-years later shames her family, country and profession of Christian faith with GOOD GIRL (a soft porn video).

Likewise, Luke Bryan sang "PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING" on his debut album in 2007 and now 5-years later he's singing about sexual immorality in "I DON'T WANT THIS NIGHT TO END." Well then get married! God hates one-night stands! Here are the shameful sexually suggestive lyrics to Luke Bryan's song, “I Don't Want This Night To End.” Notice that Luke Bryan starts off by singing, “I don't know you” (which clearly implies fornication or adultery)....

"Don't Want This Night To End"

Girl I know I don’t know you
But your pretty little eyes so blue
Are pulling me in
Like the moon on your skin

I’m so glad you trusted me
To slide up on this dusty seat
And let your hair down
Get out of town

Got the stars coming out over my hood
And all I know now is it’s going good

You got your hands up
You’re rocking in my truck
You got the radio on
You’re singing every song
I’m set on cruise control
I’m slowly losing hold
Of everything I got
You’re looking so damn hot ...

This is the shameful type of religious hypocrisy that is saturating America today. These Modernists (an unsaved person who pretends to be a Christian), sing about spiritual matters in one song, and then sing about committing fornication in the next. Country music is saturated with bums, like Toby Keith who sinfully sings, LET'S GET DRUNK AND BE SOMEBODY(video).

It is bad enough to commit sexual sins and drunkenness, let along glorifying them through music. Listen to what the Bible warns about sexual sins...

Colossians 3:3-6, “For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience.”

As you just read, the wrath of God comes upon the disobedient who commit sexual immorality.

Psalms 36:1,  “The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.”

The Dixie Chicks sing about “mattress dancing” (immoral sex) and drunkenness (aka, “12 ounce nutrition” in the song), mocking God by singing “I'll Fly Away.” It is blasphemy!

Very few people fear God these days, evidenced by the overwhelming amount of sin running rampant in our society. Sexual immorality is everywhere! It's commonly joked about for young boys to look at dirty Playboy magazines. It's mocked in movie after movie as if it were something cute and innocent. There's nothing innocent about pornography! It's not good clean fun. The Bible warns that uncleanness, filthy talk, lust, lasciviousness and covetousness are going to be punished. We are further warned in Hebrews 13:4-5...

Hebrews 13:4-5, “Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”

Notice that the Bible mentions the sin of whoremongering and adultery and then tells us to be content with the things we have. Covetousness and adultery are inseparable. If you've been abandoned by a spouse, be comforted my friend in the PROMISE of God in Hebrews 13:5 which says, I WILL NEVER LEAVE THEE, NOR FORSAKE THEE. I do not believe it is a coincidence that God mentions these two Scriptures together. Matthew 28:20, “lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

I am not condemning anyone, and I certainly don't mean to be unkind. I am a big sinner just like you and everyone else. The Bible teaches that all men are sinful. Ecclesiastes 7:20, “For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.” Yet, as believers the Bible tells us to refute all works of darkness (Ephesians 5:11). Luke Bryan is just another sellout, singing Gospel music on one hand and the Devil's music on the other. God says He'll vomit Luke warm believers out of His mouth (Revelation 3:15-16). The song “I DON'T WANT THIS NIGHT TO END” is vulgar and promotes the sin of fornication. Having immoral sex in a pickup truck is not God's way. This is the low-life kind of dirty, filthy, garbage that is corrupting the morals of our youth. Courtship is a thing of the long ago past. Today it's relationships (whoring around) and having sex in a pickup truck... You're hot. I'm hot. We're in a truck.

God needs to judge this wicked nation. The mindset of youth today is drastically different from The Great Depression era, where people knew what it meant to suffer. Oh to God that we'd suffer bad times again. Nothing would be better for America today than hardship, affliction and poverty once again. Unfortunately, the uprising Police State will prevent churches from rising up and the New World Order will be permanent until the Lord Jesus Christ returns to stop Satan. Luke Bryan is pulling on the same rope as the Devil.

Whose side are you on friend? As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord (Joshua 24:15).
