Layers are infamous for advising people to “strike first” in a marriage
dispute, recommending filing for divorce first, so that spouse gains the
upper hand in a divorce. Whoever files first usually comes out on top in a
divorce settlement. It's is a wicked criminal racket in the United States.
Striking first is heathendom. Are you listening to me? Christians ought not
strike at all in a marriage. Any spouse that would strike against their
spouse in a court of law, in an ugly divorce (and all divorces are ugly) is
not right with God.
In fact, you are far from God, a liar, a thug for abandoning your spouse, and God will get you on Judgment Day (Romans 12:19; 1st Thessalonians 4:6). Mark 4:24, “And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.” Matthew 7:2, “For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.”
I hate to say it, but it is the honest truth, most lawyers are criminals themselves—lying, thieving, bilking, intimidating, thugs, conspirators, dishonest, crooked, arrogant, self-righteous, angry, impatient, rude, unkind, treacherous, jerks. Any lawyer that advises you to strike first only cares about his bank account, swindling your money, because they are very greedy. Lawyers learn quickly that fear is a great motivator, and a woeful opportunity to take advantage of people financially. People who are in legal trouble are generally willing to pay whatever it costs to get out of trouble, or better said, out of “the system” as they call it. The system is criminal itself, deliberately placing an accused person into a catch-22 position,. i.e., in between a rock-and-a-hard-place as they say. You've already been placed on trial before you've even had a trial. It's a crooked system of false checks and balances, of legal manipulation of the system, and abuse of power.
Few people realize that lawyers, just as doctors are all part of a highly regulated system, controlled from the top down by crooked and heathen criminals. Only God knows just how evil these people are. Most elite criminals are in denial, rationalizing their crimes. This is how evil men like Bernanke of the Federal Reserve can get away with stealing TRILLIONS of taxpayer dollars and smile in our faces while doing it. These criminals have no conscience at all. They're all part of a criminal syndicate, which even some of our elected leaders have tried to warn us about. America has been overrun by Communist, Globalist, thug criminals. They control the newsmedia, all major corporations, and have recruited the highest people in every industry to get into the same bed with them. They operate through the sinister front organization, The Council On Foreign Relations, whose openly stated goal is world government. These are the Last Days, the “perilous times,” forewarned about in 2nd Timothy 3:1-12. God help us!!!
America has become so evil these days that divorce is commonplace. You can even read a daily newspaper, or search the internet, without seeing small ads promoting divorce for $400 or $500. That's all a lie. What they don't tell you is that a divorce, once entered into the court system, is taken completely out of the couple's hands. The judge and the lawyers control the game, and it is a legal nightmare of a game. Those dirty judges and lawyers wheel-and-deal behind closed court chamber doors and you lose. In a divorce everyone makes money except the couple getting divorced. One spouse usually comes out ahead of the other, but either way you look at it; the judges and lawyers win, and the system wins; they all make money at your expense.
Your finances are ruined. Your home is lost to the bank in foreclosure. Your retirement is consumed in legal expenses. You lose everything. The judges and lawyers couldn't care less, literally, they couldn't care less. It's just another day at work for them, business as usual; but it's the end of your life as you've known it for the past 15,20, often 40-years of marriage. It's all so wrong. What a lot of women do is wait until their husband messes up, like the famous Country singer Faron Young, who shot off his gun in his kitchen in anger. That one mistake cost him dearly. His wife of 40-years divorced him and got lifetime alimony from him because the court portrayed her as “a victim.” That's how “the system” works. If a husband cheats on his wife, she is automatically deemed “a victim” by the courts and he loses everything, often paying alimony for life. Just like Vito Corleone says in the movie, The God Father, “Women and children can be careless, but not men.” So true my friend, so true!
I please with you as a born-again Christian who loves the Lord Jesus Christ... DON'T STRIKE AT ALL. Please don't divorce. Two wrongs never make a right in God's eyes. Revelation 4:11 teaches that we we're all created to please God, and that ought to be our goal; not what's best or most convenient for ourself at any particular moment. I care what God thinks. Do you? What does God want you to do? The Bible says that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16, which the Old Testament refers to as “putting away”). Jeremiah 3:20 says that it is a “treacherous” thing for a wife to divorce her husband, just as Malachi 2:16 says it is a treacherous thing for a husband to divorce his wife. Divorce is a horrible evil which God calls “treacherous.” Although wicked sins, God never calls adultery nor idolatry treacherous. That's interesting. Divorce is a sin that perpetuates for a lifetime, and so also the consequences, and thus God will severely punish those who causes such heartache and misery and afflictions for their spouse that was treacherously abandoned.
“Striking first” is a heathen attitude, propagated by a careless and greedy evil generation. It's high-time for professed Christians who claim to love God to behave like it. 1st Corinthians 6:1-2 prohibits divorce, because you are shaming the name of Christ. Since no pastor, nor Christian elder in the Church can legally consummate a divorce; you have no choice but to enter into a heathen court of law to get divorced. That's why I'm against marriage licenses altogether. Hundreds of years ago, your marriage was simply recorded at the local church, period. Nowadays you need to go through a heathen process by which the State becomes a polygamous business partner in your marriage. If your wife ends up in a State-run nursing home, they'll confiscate your car, your savings account, your home, and any other assets you own; while the same government gives away BILLIONS of dollars to the United Nations. The government wants you broke, poor and unable to leave any inheritance to your children. That why the government passed into law the “gift tax,” robbing you of a staggering 50% of any wealth your parents left you!!! What greedy jerks!
Divorce is a self-righteous sin rooted in hatred and unforgiveness. “Striking first” to gain the advantage in a divorce is evil. Sometimes that strategy can backfire on the spouse who files; but the lawyer doesn't care because he or she still get the same amount of your money, tens-of-thousands of dollars!!! If you take up some shyster lawyer's offer to divorce for $400, it will easily turn into $20,000 if there's even the slightest complications (and there always is). Those crooks want to bilk you, i.e., to take advantage of you financially and ravish you. They don't care if you're in debt, supporting a wife and kids, driving a 20-year old car, surviving paycheck-to-paycheck, they take you for everything you've got if they can get away with it. Divorce has become a lucrative racket in America. It is so evil and rotten. God hates divorce (Jeremiah 3:20; Malachi 2:16). Remarriage is adultery (Matthew 5:28; 1st Corinthians 1:10-11).
