2nd Corinthians 10:5, “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.”
I have so many helpful things to share with you friend (I am being your
friend). The Bible tells us how to live right as Christians. By “living
right” I mean living for God. We do not decide what is good or evil, God
does, and He has told us in His Word what is good or evil.
How do we live right for God as Christians? The answer is found in 2nd Corinthians 10:5... “bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.” If a person has a lustful thought enter into their mind, they ought to immediately arrest that thought, don't allow it to go any further, stop it in its tracks, in obedience to Christ's commands not to lust in Matthew 5:28.
I was visiting Hilo, Hawaii in February of 2011. I went to rent a car at the airport and was handed a tourist guide for the island. As soon as I sat down in my car, I looked at the guide. On the front cover there was a beautiful woman, 95% naked, wearing only a skimpy white bikini. I immediately ripped off the cover, crimpled it up and threw it on the floor. I said to myself, “Not today buddy! Not on my watch! I'm going to live for God!” I had a really nice day (seeing the cover missing from my tourist guide). That's how to live right! Don't let the Devil in the door. If you give the Devil and inch, he'll become a ruler.
I'm sick of this wicked world and if you love God, so are you. James 4:4 warns that to be a friend of the world is to become God's enemy. No one is perfect and we won't always bring EVERY THOUGHT into captivity to the obedience of Christ; but as Christians we ought to want to obey the Bible with the Holy Spirit's help. If we truly love Jesus Christ and want to please Him, then we'll keep His commandments (John 14:15).
No one can live for God who is not saved, for the wrath of God abideth upon the wicked (Psalm 7:11; John 3:36).
John 14:16-18, “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.”
I'm not going to think that way! I am a child of the King, bought and paid for by the blood of Jesus! I am not going to have a garbage pail for a mind!”
We read in the Old Testament that if we will read the Holy Bible every day, then we'll not be lifted up in pride above our brethren. The way to live right is to live, abide, wallow, in the inspired Words of God in the trustworthy King James Bible. Beware of the corrupted modern PERversions of the Bible, which are of the Devil. If you don't have a King James Bible, you don't have a Bible my friend. God's Word teaches us that we must read the Scriptures all the days of our life, so that we will fear God and keep His commandments.
Deuteronomy 17:19-20, “And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life: that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them: That his heart be not lifted up above his brethren, and that he turn not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left: to the end that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he, and his children, in the midst of Israel.”
All of the bickering, selfishness and fighting in our churches is because believers don't abide in the Holy Scriptures. If you live in America, and you have a caring tender heart, you get your feelings hurt on a regular basis. That's because we live in a cold, insensitive and uncaring culture due to the abundance of iniquity (Matthew 24:12). I expect people to be people. When I shake a male's hand, I expect to shake hands with a seal fin, and he's looking off to the side or at the floor. Men aren't men anymore. When I go through the store checkout-line, I expect half the clerks not to look me in the eye like an adult when they hand me the receipt. I try not to analyze why people are unkind and rude. Obviously something is spiritually wrong in their heart. As a Christian, I look them in the eye, even if they don't look back. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. I shake hands firmly and look in someone's eyes, like a man, even if they cowardly and rudely look elsewhere in disrespect. That's just the way many people are today.
The Word of God foretold that in the Last Days
perilous times would come. Faithful Christians are being raped, tortured in
murdered in Syria, Africa, North Korea, and other troubled areas of the
world today in 2015. It all begins with little sins in the heart; such as,
hatred, greed, lust and envy, escalating into war and bloodshed. Every war
began in man's wicked heart. Proverbs 4:23, “Keep thy heart with all
diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” This Scripture means
to be careful of the influences which you allow into your heart. The heart
is like a sponge. The heart is a part of the soul in your mind, your
innermost conscience. This Scripture means to be careful who you choose as
friends. Be careful what you watch on television. Be careful what advice you
take. Be careful of everything that enters into your mind. The Christian
life is no accident, it is lived intentionally, on purpose.
The Believer's Body Is The Temple Of The Holy Spirit
But please don't misunderstand. Baby believers and unlearned Christians fail to understand that we don't live the Christian life; but rather, the Lord Jesus Christ lives the Christian life through us. Galatians 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Christ lives in me, that is, the Spirit of Christ. Romans 8:9, “But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.”
We also read in 1st Corinthians 3:16-17 that the believer's human body is the temple of God's Holy Spirit. Since our body is God's temple, we ought not defile that temple, lest God destroy our temple. 1st Corinthians 3:16-17, “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.” God does not abide in a fancy building with stained-glass windows, padded pews, plush carpeting, and a nice air-conditioning system; but rather, within the fleshly body of every born-again believer. The soul exists within the body, and the spirit within the soul. So if we want to live right, then we first must be born-again; and then we must yield to God's Holy Spirit leading in obedience to the written Word of God.
Unsaved people can live moral lives, but they can never be right with God. Romans 5:1, “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” Only through the cross upon which Christ bled and died can we have peace with God. You must believe the Gospel to be saved, making Christ's death on the cross, burial and bodily resurrection (three days later) your sole hope for forgiveness of sins, Heaven and eternal life. ...
Acts 4:10-12, “Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”
Salvation is only found in the name of Jesus
Christ. So when I speak of living right for God, it is with the
understanding that a person absolutely must be born-again first, by
acknowledging that they are a guilty sinner in God's holy eyes, and
believing upon Christ's death on the cross, burial and bodily resurrection
to be saved.
Faith Cometh By Hearing The Words Of God
Romans 10:17, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” The reason why so many professed Christians are bowing to pressure from homosexuals and liberals in the Godless media is because they don't read the Holy Bible every day. The Bible says, HAVING DONE ALL TO STAND!!! Ephesians 6:13, “Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” Homosexuality is a vile, sick, mentally-ill, spiritual wicked, filthy, sin against a holy God. Christians have been brainwashed today to tolerate the homosexual agenda. Churches ought not express any sympathy for homosexuals. They are God's enemies.
The secret, if there is a secret, to the Christian life is to walk with God. Our human brains are extremely impressionable. If you hear a filthy joke one time, you'll remember it for the rest of your life. You know it's true. I regret hearing many things in the past. I regret seeing many things, which are permanently imbedding into my brain. Although you can never completely rid your mind of those sinful and awful things, you can flood your mind with so many good things, truth, pretty music, hard Bible-preaching, noble ideas, lovely things and the pure Words of God, that your mind will be renewed. “ ”
Philippians 4:8, “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”
Ephesians 4:17-32, “This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. But ye have not so learned Christ; If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil. Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Romans 12:2, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
2nd Corinthians 4:16, “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.”
Ephesians 4:23, “And be renewed in the spirit of your mind”
Walking With God Results In hatred For Sin And Love For Righteousness
America is much worse than Sodom and Gomorrah ever was. Thankfully, there are still many God-fearing Christians across America. When Aaron and Melissa Klein in the state of Oregon refused to bake a cake in 2013 for a lesbian couple in a same-sex commitment-ceremony, the thuggish Bureau Of Labor And Industry (BOLI or “bully”) fined the couple $135,000 for emotional damages to the lesbian couple. All of those thugs from BOLI should be fined and thrown in prison!!! In a startling turn of events, the American people voiced their opinion and told the state of Oregon to go to Hell! The couple have raised so far over $390,000 from angry citizens to combat the homosexual takeover of our culture. Americans Are Sick Of Homos Taking Over; Melissa Klein Raises $390,000 To Pay Fine. I can't wait for judgment day for the world (Isaiah 13:11)! I don't rejoice in the death of the wicked, but I desire to see righteousness triumph!

Do you think all the whorish women walking around society in tight pants and booty-skirts (showing their booty), spend time each day reading the Holy Bible and walking with God. No, of course not. David said in Psalms 36:1, “The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.” Women who dress like men do not fear God, for if they did they would obey Deuteronomy 22:5. Women who dress immodestly do not fear God, for if they did they would obey 1st Timothy 2:5. Few people fear God these days. The average person is their own god, doing things their own way, self-willed. 2Pe:2:10: But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, self-willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.
Our nation is under satanic attack from the Devil. Our teenagers are being targeted for destruction by all the hordes of Hell. I was angered when I saw the video “Animals” by Maroon 5 and Bad Blood by Taylor Swift, two ungodly reprobates. I know Christians all across America agree with my uncompromising preacher and are sick and tired of all the wickedness being aimed at tweens and teens.
