Guardian Angels
Do we each have our own Guardian angel?
yes! listen to the precious Words of the inspired, infallible, preserved Word of God...
"Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven." -Matthew 18:10
Did you read that?..."their angels..." We each have a guardian angel that continually waits for God's next command. Wow! Please don't misunderstand what a Guardian angel does. God does not provide us with an angel to keep us out of trouble. If that were the case, we would all be invincible as believers. No, God has provided a guardian angel to obey His orders. God may in fact ask our angel to cause trouble for us to teach us a lesson. I realize that this is just speculation, but you cannot deny it's possibility. The Biblical FACT of the matter is that there are guardian angels over us who are continually waiting for God's next command. When Daniel prayed for God's help, Gabriel the archangel was sent to answer his prayer before Daniel even finished praying. It is obvious that angels and prayer are related. Do you pray?
Don't mess with a Christian! The Bible may be vague on certain issues, but one thing is clear...don't dare raise up a hand against God's child or else face the severe consequences. Look back to verse six...
"But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea." -Matthew 18:6
Need I say more? If you are a child of God, you are of the seed of Abraham...
"And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." -Galatians 3:29
What a beautiful truth! All of the Bible's promises to Israel will include every saved and born again child of God (whether gentile or Jew). No unsaved Jew will escape hell, and no born again gentile will miss heaven. John 3:3 proclaims that we must ALL be born again in Christ Jesus or we will not enter heaven.
