Around the World
Matthew 24:14, “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”

This is a very interesting Scripture, for it tells us
when the end shall come. The Bible teaches that the gospel of Jesus Christ must
be preached throughout all the nations first, before the Lord will return. 2nd
Peter 3:9 tells us why? 2nd Peter 3:9, “The Lord is not slack concerning his
promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not
willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
God is not a big ogre up in Heaven waiting to beat people to death when they sin. On the contrary, God sent His only begotten Son into the world to SAVE SINNERS! God is longsuffering toward us, just as 2nd Peter 3:9 teaches. Amen! God is as much a God of love as He is a God of hatred against sin and evil. Jesus hated iniquity (Hebrews 1:9). One cannot love truth without hating lies. One cannot love people without hating sin that destroys people's lives. One cannot love flowers without hating weeds that destroy them. God hates sin more than any human being. I would never send someone to Hell to burn forever, and neither would you; but God is far more righteous than we are, and He will send the wicked to be tormented in the flaming fires of His vengeance for ever and ever (2nd Thessalonians 1:8-9). Hell is not a threat from God, it is a PROMISE to all Christ-rejecters. Matthew 24:14 tells us that the gospel must be preached unto the four corners of this earth before the Lord will return. I personally believe that we are living in the End Times. I would never set a time or date, because the Bible says no man can know the time nor date. However, the Bible didn't say that we wouldn't know the season of Christ's return. I think it would be foolish for anyone to ignore the reality of the forming New World Order. The Bible in Revelation 17:10-11 teaches 7 world powers, and then the Antichrist will come out of the 7th. Namely, these powers have been: Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome, and now the New World Order, from which will arise the Antichrist. I believe that the trumpet is out of the case and the Pretribulation Rapture is near! Even so, come, Lord Jesus! |
